🕊️ The Journey to 700 BPM Begins with Clarity and Patience

Sargam is the practice of playing the sapta swaras (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni) in sync with a steady beat. We begin at 120 BPM (beats per minute) and stay there for an entire week to build stability. Once you can play continuously for 5 minutes without any breaks, increase the tempo by 10 BPM. If not, stay at the current speed and refine your control. Our ultimate goal is to reach 700 BPM, but this journey calls for calmness, patience, and discipline. Never rush the process—randomly increasing speed can disrupt technique and hinder real progress.

🎵 Remember: Speed is not the goal—clarity, tone, and expression come first. When each stage is mastered with care, progress becomes smooth and deeply satisfying. Trust the process, enjoy the music, and let growth unfold naturally. 🌿✨
